Home Clients: Non-commercial use at a residence.
Up to three computers with internet connection.

$70/hour - 2 hour minimum at initial visit
Billed in 15 minutes increments after initial 2-hour minimum.

Small Business Clients: Commercial use at a residence and/or small business.
$90/hour - 2 hour minimum at initial visit.

Business Clients: Commercial/Corporate use in an office building.

Appointments are 2-hours minimum for new issues. No minimum for follow-up visits on the same issue.
One-way travel charge waived if within 30 mile radius of our Boothwyn, PA office.
Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm.
Weekend/After-hours work charged at twice the rate.
In general, pricing for extended IT Consulting and
Support is negotiable.
Special consideration is given to non-profit
organizations.
Training rates vary according to length and number of
students.
Pre-Paid consulting
discounts:
Purchase a block of
consulting time and receive a discount off our
rates. When you pre-pay for consulting time we set
up an account for you and deduct time from it as you use
our service. When you subscribe you will given
a receipt detailing the number of hours purchased.
Available discount levels:
5%
discount: Purchase at least 4 hours of
time.
10% discount: Purchase at least 10 hours of
time.
15% discount: Purchase at least 15 hours of
time.
Here
is how it works:
• A
minimum of four hour blocks of time must be purchased.
There is no maximum.
• Pre-paid time can be used for on-site and
phone/email/research time.
• Pre-paid time can be used at any time and does not
expire.
•
Weekend/Afterhours work charged at twice the rate.

hours:M-F, 9am-5pm)
• Unused pre-paid time will be happily refunded upon
request.
• Pre-Paid time does not apply to any parts, products,
expenses or travel time; only for consulting &
research time.
All prepaid consulting time
purchased is to be used for the purchaser by the holder
of the prepaid service discount. Any unused time is
transferable to another party upon written agreement from
Photoimage Systems.
Diagnostics
Diagnosing computer problems begins with the most common
causes and quickest solutions and moves on to deeper
diagnostics when standard solutions fail. This takes
time, perhaps more than one appointment, and sometimes
does not succeed. If the client asks us to troubleshoot a
problem, we will use standard diagnostic methods, and the
recommended solutions. If our troubleshooting exposes
other problems with the client's computer, we will try to
solve those problems as well, but must charge for all
time expended.
Testing
Photoimage Systems is careful about the troubleshooting
it performs. We attempt to perform system backups before
performing diagnostics. We endeavor to test the solutions
before leaving a site if adequate time is allowed for
testing. If for any reason adequate testing cannot be
completed, or if unknown problems arise after an on-site
visit is completed, subsequent appointments may be
necessary, billed at our regular rates.
Disclaimer
Photoimage Systems cannot be responsible for conflicts
arising from software installations we do not perform,
outdated system and other software, uses or changes the
client makes to his/her computer before or after our
appointment, or anything that does not directly relate to
the specific problem we were asked to troubleshoot.
Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction
with our work, or the client does not pay. However, the
client is responsible for the on-going condition of
his/her computer and how it is used. Our work is
consultative only. We cannot control the client's use of
his/her computer before or after an appointment.

PROVIDES WILL BE COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY
DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR FOLLOWING OF ANY
CONSULTATION OR ADVICE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS.
SERVICES ARE DELIVERED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. PAYMENTS MADE
TO PHOTOIMAGE SYSTEMS ARE FOR TIME AND EXPENSES ONLY, NOT
FOR ANY CONSULTATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED OR FOR ANY
SPECIFIED OR UNSPECIFIED RESULT, OUTCOME OR LEVEL OF
PERFORMANCE. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS SUBJECT TO
CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PHOTOIMAGE SYSTEMS CANNOT ENSURE
THAT ANY FILES OR OTHER DATA IT USES WILL BE FREE OF
VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES.
PHOTOIMAGE SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR

THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO ANY
SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY PHOTOIMAGE SYSTEMS. YOU
ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF SERVICES
PROVIDED BY PHOTOIMAGE SYSTEMS. YOUR REMEDIES AGAINST
PHOTOIMAGE SYSTEMS FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH ANY SERVICES
PROVIDED IS TO STOP USING THOSE SERVICES AND A REFUND OF
FUNDS PAID FOR ONLY THE SERVICES IN QUESTION. THIS
LIMITATION OF RELIEF IS A PART OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE
PARTIES.
The above disclaimer applies to any damages, liability or
injuries caused by any failure of performance, error,
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, computer virus, communication
line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized
access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of
contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of action.
Limitation
of Liability
In no event will Photoimage Systems be liable to you for
any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or
punitive damages, including lost profits, even if
Photoimage Systems has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Photoimage Systems, its
owners, officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors,
successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries
and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss,
liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys'
fees), made against Photoimage Systems by any party due
to or arising out of or in connection with your use of
its services.
Violation of These Terms of Use
You agree that Photoimage Systems may, in its sole
discretion and without prior notice, terminate services
to you if we determine that you have violated these Terms
of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be
associated with our business. You also agree that any
violation by you of these Terms of Use will constitute an
unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause
irreparable harm to Photoimage Systems, for which
monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to
Photoimage Systems obtaining any injunctive or equitable
relief that Photoimage Systems deems necessary or
appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in
addition to any other remedies Photoimage Systems may
have at law or in equity. You agree that Photoimage
Systems may, in its sole discretion and without prior
notice, terminate services to you, for cause, which
includes (but is not limited to) (1) requests by law
enforcement or other government agencies, (2) a request
by you (self-initiated account deletions), (3)
discontinuance or material modification of any service
offered by Photoimage Systems, or (4) unexpected
technical issues or problems. If Photoimage Systems does
take any legal action against you as a result of your
violation of these Terms of Use, Photoimage Systems will
be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay,
all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of such action,
in addition to any other relief granted to Photoimage
Systems. You agree that Photoimage Systems will not be
liable to you or to any third party for termination of
services to you as a result of any violation of these
Terms of Use.
