Photography Services Rates
There are three pricing tiers depending on client type: Consumer, Corporate, and Small Business. Please refer to the appropriate section.
Consumer Rates
Pricing
varies depending on nature of job requested. The
following rates are to be used as
guidelines.
Events:
4-hours
minimum: $300, plus $50 each additional hour, plus
film/processing fees (see below).
Digital
Services
(e.g.; image transfers, repairs and restorations,
etc.): $40
per hour, plus materials if applicable, except for
specific restoration and repair rates.

Photography (e.g.; product photography for on-line
auctions, portraits, etc.): 2-hours
minimum: $125, plus $50 each additional hour, plus
film/processing fees (see below). Includes
one 8x10 and two 5x7 prints.
Film/Processing

and Processing with 4x6 proofs or contact sheets: $35 per
roll.
Digital
Images: Digital
processing and CD transfer - $35 per
hour.
Instruction/Training/Consulting:
Minimum
$35 per hour.

Corporate/Advertising/Editorial Rates

Day Rate, $600 Half-Day Rate Hourly: $300 first hour,
plus $125 each additional hour, plus film/processing fees

image usage and publication

First-time
clients receive a 25% discount on photography
rates.
Film/Processing

roll.
Digital

processing and CD transfer: $75 first hour, plus $40 each
additional hour.
Instruction/Training/Consulting:
Negotiable.

Non-Corporate Rates (e.g.; small-businesses, consultants
and other organizations)
Hourly:
$175 first hour, plus $50 each additional hour, plus
film/processing fees (see below). [A $35 non-refundable
deposit is required to schedule

non-profit organizations!

needed - $150 per photo shoot.
Shipping
Charges: All
USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. shipping and insurance costs are
charged to client.
Travel
Costs: A $40
per hour transportation charge will be incurred for areas
beyond the first hour of automobile travel outside of the
Wilmington, DE area. The client is responsible for all
travel expenses where an overnight stay is required. This
includes transportation, lodging, meals,
etc.
Rush
Rates: Normal
5-day turnaround. Add 10% 4-day turnaround. Add 25% 3-day
turnaround. Add 35% 2-day turnaround. Add 100% 1-day
turnaround (may not be available in certain situations).
